Unsere kleine Zeitreise geht weiter… Die Liebe des damals dreijährigen Verfassers zum Kino und all seinen Stilblüten ist 1983 noch nicht annähernd so ausgeprägt wie heutzutage, aber lange sollte es nicht mehr dauern, bis sein älterer Bruder eben diese entfachen sollte. Die Perlen des Jahres 1983 allerdings sollten noch etwas länger im Verborgenen bleiben und es waren zweifellos nicht wenige, die es da Laufe der nächsten Jahrzehnte zu entdecken gab. Unter anderem nämlich zahlreiche, mal mehr, mal weniger gelungene Stephen King-Verfilmungen, James Bond traf auf Octopussy, Tony Montana stieg hoch und fiel noch tiefer, Chuck Norris gab den grimmigen Texas Ranger, Luke Skywalker sollte sein Schicksal erfüllen, es durfte getanzt werden, David Cronenberg manipulierte nicht zum ersten und auch nicht zum letzten Mal das menschliche Bewusstsein, die Jungs von Monthy Python entfesselten erneut ihr Gag-Feuerwerk und Kriegsspiele wurden gespielt.
