Gestern Abend hatte ich das Vergnügen, Ennio Morricone mitsamt großem Orchester und Chor live auf seiner My Life In Music – Tour erleben zu dürfen. Ein Querschnitt aus seinem Schaffen, das immerhin über 500 von ihm komponierte Filmmusiken umfasst. Ihr könnt mir glauben, das war ein wunderschöner, beeindruckender und unvergesslicher Abend. Anlässlich dieser Erfahrung nun also meine zehn Lieblingsfilme mit vom Meister geschriebener Musik.
