Was auch sonst sollte ich an einem Tag wie heute veröffentlichen, wenn nicht die Liste meiner zehn liebsten Horrorfilme. Grundsätzlich zähle ich mich eher zu den Liebhabern des subtilen und intelligenten Horrorfilms. Eine bedrückende und schleichend grauenhafte Atmosphäre, der wohlige Schauer, der einem im richtigen Moment den Rücken hinunter läuft, das ist mir in der Regel deutlich lieber als derbe Splattereinlagen und inflationär gebrauchte Jumpscares an jeder Ecke, wobei auch diese im richtigen Kontext sehr wirkungsvoll sein können. Angst kann unter den richtigen Umständen sehr reizvoll sein… in diesem Sinne: fröhliches Gruseln euch allen da draußen!
